Terms & Conditions
By booking you agree to our terms and conditions. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance is payable on the day. Tours operate weather and conditions permitting — in the event of a cancellation by us your deposit will be transferred to an alternative date or refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.
Tours: For tours we require a minimum of 2 bookings per tour, if we do not get the minimum for that tour, we may ask you to pay to cover the second place or ask you to join another group that day or another day. Please reach out for clarification.
Vehicle Rentals: We do not charge a bond for our vehicle hire but we do ask you to sign a waiver to take responsibility of there are any damages caused while it is in your care.
